Modeling the dynamics of soft cells presents a unique difficulty in biomechanics. These cells exhibit nontrivial mechanical properties due to their elastic cytoskeletons and dynamic medium. Mathematical models provide a powerful framework for understanding this behavior, allowing us to characterize the forces acting on cells and their adaptation. A
